KATHLEEN EDWARDS
Kathleen Edwards has a long history of combining writing with visual art, and she often incorporates writing and poetry into custom made works. Her drawings and paintings have graced book covers and interiors, calendars, and greeting cards. Her clients include HarperCollins, Chronicle Books, Conari Press, and Tarcher Putnam.
Her fine art paintings and sculptures have been widely exhibited at many venues including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Oakland Museum, the Vancouver Museum, and the San Francisco Craft and Folk Art Museum.
Edwards studied at the Pratt Institute in New York City and later completed her Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts at San Francisco State University. She has won awards from Bookbuilder’s West and the San Francisco Society of Illustrators.
Edwards lives with her husband in San Anselmo, California, in the San Francisco Bay area.
